Stayed in a high standard and well furnished room that was small but very pretty with renovated bathrooms. The location was incredible: shopping centres and a main shopping street were within walking distance.

Good location, close to the Tunnelbana (underground) with easy access to everywhere in Stockholm, several good restaurants in locality. Room small but good use made of space. Liked the balcony over the courtyard. Quiet. Clean. Good breakfast buffet included. Good value for money. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Main problem was lack of safe deposit box or room safe. They did offer to put valuables in the safe of the Rex Hotel (opposite side of street under same ownership) but I did not feel comfortable with this. Hotel literature does claim there are safe deposit boxes, so felt disappointed. No coffee making facilities in room - free coffee always available in lobby but nice to make a cup when you wake up in the morning.

I just returned from a lovely stay! The breakfast spread was very nice, with so many choices. I loved the cozy decor in my room, really unique touches! the 24/7 coffee in the lobby was a lifesaver.

The staff was extremely helpful for a very short term visit, making it easy to get around and obtain all needed support.

Very helpful and friendly staff. The location of the hotel is in a residential area but is within walking distance to the main shopping and tourist areas of Stockholm.

The hotel is a little overpriced (like most things in Stockholm) for what it offers.

The provided service was excellant.

The staff were extremley helpful and pleasant and were happy to answer any questions that we had. The couches and coffee machine in the foyer are great as we were able to catch up with friends before heading back to our rooms. The location is also fantastic.

The seating in the breakfast area was very limited.

Room temperature control inadequate for comfort!!! Weak Wi-Fi signal. Unclear signage led to confusion upon arrival, detracting from the experience. Rooms could use more storage options!!!

The spacious junior suite with its delightful design and private sauna was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel is ideal: within walking distance of the city-center and yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff was professional and helpful. No complaints about the breakfast, it was a varied offer of local products.

The property was in the heart of the city.

The junior suite was really spacious with a four-poster bed, hardwood floors, and a lovely private bathroom. There's a quality coffee machine in the lobby for free coffee and tea all day. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety including Swedish meatballs. Plus, it's near public transport for easy city exploring.

Small rooms, poor furnitures for a 4*, the bathroom product (shower gel, ...) was not refill at all ! I think than 4* is over evaluated
